As we wrap up 2024 we will look at the best Ads of the year in our personal opinion. We collected it from across different websites that published their ‘Best Ads of 2024’. We also picked our own winners that marketed it well enough through a variety of guerrilla marketing that was involved in the campaign that led to the initial Ad being ran.
Ad Campaigns
Smile 2 ( Paramount Pictures, Temple Hill Entertainment)
IBM x Adobe (Summit in Las Vegas)
Smile 2
In the lead up to Smile 2, their marketing team put together a stunt at the MLB that led to the movie going viral.
Cerave
Michael Cera took part in the lead up to the Super Bowl Ad through some forms of guerrilla marketing like being caught walking in the streets giving out to random strangers Cerave products.
IBM x Adobe Summit
A multi-media approach to the Adobe Summit that happened in Las Vegas, NV with the help of the Las Vegas sphere that turned it into a Fish Bowl for ‘Fishy AI’. This Ad was distributed throughout the Summit’s presences in hotels, mobile devices, OOH digital displays, etc. causing a multi-media approach that garnered millions of eyeballs.
Airbnb
Airbnb launched ‘Icons’, a real life version of some of the most infamous homes in pop culture, mostly its movies. It have the classic ‘Up’ house with all of it’s quirks and features remodeled and even suspended into air for an actual real life experience of what Carl had.
Yeezy
One of the most unconventional Ad seen thus far for a Superbowl. It is not funny but yet speaks to the branding that is Yeezy, unconventional. It was also not aired everywhere in the country and that is what made it more of an appeal as people had to search for it.
